Account and Data Deletion

This page applies to deletion requests for TOOOONY app accounts and related personal data. The developer is Zhizi Zhizao (Shenzhen) Technology Co., Ltd. The privacy contact email is support@toooony.cn.

1. Request Account Deletion in the App

Open the TOOOONY APP and sign in to your account.
Open the My / Profile page.
Open Account Security.
Choose Request Account Deletion, review the notice, and confirm the request.

After the request is submitted, the account enters a 15-day cooling-off period. During this period, you may sign in again or cancel the deletion request in the app. If the request is not canceled before the cooling-off period ends, we will delete or anonymize the personal information associated with the account.

2. Request Deletion by Website or Email

If you cannot access the app, you can submit an account deletion or data deletion request as follows:

In your email, state the request type: account deletion, personal data deletion, personal data export, or personal data correction.
Provide information that can help verify account ownership, such as registered phone number, registered email, account ID, or recent login device information. Do not send passwords, SMS verification codes, card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

We will respond within 15 business days. To protect account security, we may ask you to complete necessary identity verification before processing the deletion request.

3. Deletion Scope and Retention Exceptions

Delete or anonymize account profile data, login credentials, user-uploaded content, device binding records, preferences, and service data associated with the account.
Cancel or delete remote sessions, access tokens, and device login states that are no longer needed.
Where retention is required for legal compliance, tax or accounting obligations, payment settlement, consumer protection, security audit, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, we retain only the necessary data and delete or anonymize it after the retention purpose is fulfilled.
Residual copies in backup systems are cleared or overwritten within a rolling backup cycle of no more than 90 days after deletion is completed.
